- After determining the leaders in their field, I build comprehensive guides on their competitors, their products, their customers, and pain points with each, before selecting which competitors to do demos with to gather more information. This data was presented to the client along with suggestions on how to rebrand.
Competitive Analysis — Digital Data Organizer

- Through study we determined which competitors to focus on before doing comprehensive market analysis. I also designed the survey for all UX interview participants and conducted the interviews for non-professional customers, before presenting the data along with a go-to-market strategy for the startup.
Digital Marketing — Small Bank

- Lead a small bank’s initiative to develop an online presence on their own terms. I create social media, assets, posts, run ads, respond to messages, and manage metrics for the bank.
Tech Tuesday
loanDepot | April 2022 to August 2022
- Created campaigns to promote the achievements, products, and personalities of the Technology sector of loanDepot. Involved research, media creation, interviews, and deep knowledge of products. Posts regularly saw 300% more traffic than other posts on loanDepot’s internal social media.
COVID-19 Policy — Small Bank

- I develop Smackover State Bank’s COVID-19 policy based on quickly forming public sentiment, doing quick research and utilizing the limited data available at the time. The policy remained in place until Summer 2021 and kept critical team members safe.
Celtic & Japanese Myth for Online Encyclopedia

- I researched and wrote 56 articles about Celtic and Japanese mythology including sources and citations, including creating SEO that still stands for most of these posts. I also became Lead Writer in redesigning the post format, and helped direct the new editors brought in on our process and style guide, which I designed.
Rebranding Educational Product Line for US Market

- When Giantim decided to rebrand as MegaGeex, I led the initiative to design new products. I was Lead Content Writer, creating a style guide for others to follow, as well as the style guide for artists. I designed the first 4 products on Amazon after Giantim’s posters-only previous marketing push.
Social Media Rebranding International Education Company for US Market
MegaGeex | March 2019 to April 2020
- In order to appeal to an American market, the COO of Giantim changed the name to MegaGeex. I led the initiative to revamp our social media, changing what we posted, how we built an audience, and to whom we marketed to. Our shift in policy allowed our Facebook and Instagram follower count to shift from a combined 600 to a combined 14,000 followers between September and November of 2019, and saw post interactions soar by 70% in the same period.
